Client of the Month

Each Month In Motion would like to recognize one special client for the their individual efforts. This honour is given to a client for their commitment to their Health & Fitness at In Motion. The honoured client must work hard, have a positive attitude, and be willing to improve their overall fitness & health level. We ask each client a few questions about their experience and what their personal goals are. We post them on our website along with their picture. All honoured Clients will receive an In Motion Prize!

July 2019

Client of the Month: Tara Brennan

1. What brought you to In Motion?
After a concussion in October 2016, I was referred to In Motion for post-concussion physiotherapy. I have continued with physical therapy and chiropractic treatment for chronic back pain. 

2. What are your personal health goals?
My end goal is pain-free living - it's a slow process but, with the help of the In Motion team, I have seen improvement in my overall quality of life.

3. How many days a week do you visit In Motion and how long each session?
I visit In Motion once a week for physical therapy and every two weeks for chiropractic treatments. Each session is 15-30 minutes. 

4. How many years have you been a client of In Motion?
I have been a client since November 2016. 

5. What would be the one aspect of In Motion that really draws you regularly?
The staff is amazing - so friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. Everyone works together to ensure you receive the best care.

Client of the Month: Cynthia Hirt

1. What brought you to In Motion? 
I had a hip replacement 7 years ago and required follow-up physiotherapy. I have stayed to continue my overall recovery.

2. What are your personal health goals?
To be as physically independent and reduce pain as much as possible.

3. How many days a week do you visit In Motion and how long each session?
I have physio once per week for approximately half hour and massage every three weeks for an hour.
I am also looking forward to starting the pain and posture class weekly in June!

4. How many years have you been a client of In Motion?
On and off for seven years. Staff is flexible and works with me to set goals for wellness and recovery.

5. What would be the one aspect of In Motion that really draws you regularly?
Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are flexible and work together as a team for overall wellness of clients.

6. Any comments/feedback for new clients to In Motion?
It's a great place for recovery and maintenance. Staff is always open to questions and answer questions about your treatment honestly.

In Motion Rocks! No one told me aging hurt so much. I'm so glad that In Motion is there to help!

Client of the Month: Lori Kennedy

1. What brought you to In Motion? 
It’s been so long ago, I can’t remember. I’ve received treatment for Whiplash, Acute Neck Spasm, my back, post-op care, etc. I’ve had Chiro, massage, acupuncture, and personal training. 

2. What are your personal health goals?
In November 2018, I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. The lack of blood flow affects the muscles in my upper back, chest, and neck. So I’ve been receiving regular massage treatments from Jenn as well as regular acupuncture treatments. My goal is to improve my heart function.

3. How many days a week do you visit In Motion and how long each session?
I’ve been coming 1-2 times per month. 

4. How many years have you been a client of In Motion?
I believe, since 2012. 

5. What would be the one aspect of In Motion that really draws you regularly?
The staff!!!! It’s a lot like walking into the Cheers Bar...it’s a place to go where everybody knows my name. 

6. Any comments/feedback for new clients to In Motion?
Whenever someone asks where they should go for massage/chiro/physio etc...I always highly recommend In Motion. 

7. Other comments/anything else to add?
In Motion is the only place my family goes for treatment! The knowledge and care we all receive is far above other locations!

Client of the Month: Mark Zylstra

1. What brought you to In Motion? 
Migraine treatment

2. What are your personal health goals?
My health goals are to minimize the number of migraines I get through Chiropractic services.

3. How many days a week do you visit In Motion and how long each session?
I am at In Motion 1-2 times per month.

4. How many years have you been a client of In Motion?
I've been coming to In Motion since August 2016.

5. What would be the one aspect of In Motion that really draws you regularly?
One thing that brings me to In Motion regularly is that there are multiple people who are all very good in the same discipline (i.e. there are 3 great Chiropractors). This is a huge plus since I don't have to wait long for appointments.

6. Any comments/feedback for new clients to In Motion?
I can only really speak on the Chiropractic services, and my experience is that they all take the time to try to understand the issue and adjust if necessary.

7. Other comments/anything else to add?
The staff at In Motion are great!

Client of the Month: Marsha Vero

1. What brought you to In Motion? 
I chose In Motion following an injury that needed treatments to relieve pain and remove scar tissue.

2. What are your personal health goals?
To keep my weight at a healthy range, and to maintain strength, balance and mobility.

3. How many days a week do you visit In Motion and how long each session?
I recently started having treatments 3 times a week, but am now down to once every two weeks for 30 minutes each visit.  I've seen the practitioners many times over the years, have done a full fitness training program, and have had a golf-specific fitness evaluation.

4. How many years have you been a client of In Motion?
I've been a client for about 6 or 7 years.

5. What would be the one aspect of In Motion that really draws you regularly?
I can always get an appointment quick when I need help, and am seen within minutes of my appointment time.  Ample parking is just outside the door too.

6.Any comments/feedback for new clients to In Motion?
Injuries, illnesses, and hurts happen.  At In Motion, I've always felt informed as to the results of an assessment, what to expect from treatment, and have always been given specific exercises to continue my own recovery at home.

7.Other comments/anything else to add?
I have always been active.  I've been in a variety of sports and activities and have always been inspired by seeing what a lifetime of health and fitness can do by admiring other people who are active well into their senior years.

Client of the Month: Heather Baxter

 

1. What brought you to In Motion?
9 years ago, the massage therapist I was using at the time was retiring and she mentioned Amanda Sargent would be a good replacement option - she was right!! 

2. What are your personal health goals?
I would love to be in better shape and to reduce my headaches and body pain. 

3. How many days a week do you visit In Motion and how long each session?
I see Amanda bi-weekly for hour massages.   I also see the chiropractor when I need an adjustment. 

4. How many years have you been a client of In Motion?
I have been coming for almost 10 years 

5. What would be the one aspect of In Motion that really draws you regularly?
Aside from the great service from the practitioners; the front desk staff are exceptional at their jobs.    I am greeted when I come in as if I was a friend, it is a warm and relaxed environment.     I also appreciate that the staff work hard to accommodate my schedule requests and never make it feel like a bother.   

6.Any comments/feedback for new clients to In Motion?
I would, and do, recommend this place to everyone.    The practitioners are professional, knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable during treatment.    They are fantastic people who really care!

Client of the Month: David Fontaine

 

1. What brought you to In Motion?
I needed help with chronic upper back pain, muscle spasms and lack of neck mobility. I was drawn to In Motion as they offer a diverse array of treatments all under one roof.

2. What are your personal health goals?
Freedom from chronic pain and to be the best version of myself for the people in my life.

3. How many days a week do you visit In Motion and how long each session?
Typically once a week. Twice if needed. Chiropractic sessions are 10-20 minutes and massages are 15-60 minutes.

4. How many years have you been a client of In Motion?
Just over one year.

5. What would be the one aspect of In Motion that really draws you regularly?
The ease of having multiple types of treatments that can be booked back to back at one location.

6.Any comments/feedback for new clients to In Motion?
I recommend working with multiple practitioners as this will allow you to take advantage of the diversity of all their skills.

7.Other comments/anything else to add?
I would love to see a health plan encompassing multiple treatments for a monthly fee.

Client of the Month: The Tremblay's

1. What brought you to In Motion?
My boys and I have been having monthly chiropractic adjustments for over 10 years. We moved here, to Sarnia, Sept of 2017 and we were looking for a wellness group that could accommodate all of our different needs. In Motion has definitely succeeded with our expectations.

2. How many days a week do you visit In Motion and how long each session? 
We started with Chiropractic care once a month and now also visit the RMT’s on a monthly basis to accompany our chiropractic care. 

3. How many years have you been a client of In Motion?
1 year.

4. What would be the one aspect of In Motion that really draws you regularly? 
Every time we have appointments whether it’s for myself or the boys the staff is always welcoming, asking how we are and genuinely care about what we are doing.

We love coming to In Motion for our family wellness needs and will continue to do so as long as we live in Sarnia

My husband referred me.

To be 100 percent! Back where I was before.

Usually 3 times a week for a half hour to an hour each visit.

THE STAFF!!!

Once you try In Motion once you won’t want to go anywhere else. There are so many different services offered in one spot.

1. What brought you to In Motion?
I was referred by my surgeon.

2. What are your personal health goals?
Too become totally pain free and be able to go back to my normal activities.

3. How many days a week do you visit In Motion and how long each session? 
I normally visit 1 to 2 times per week and each session is normally about 15 minutes unless I am having a massage then it is 30 minutes to 1 hour.

4. How many years have you been a client of In Motion?
1.5 years.

5. What would be the one aspect of In Motion that really draws you regularly? 
I love all the staff and also love that it is a one stop shop.

6. Any comments/feedback for new clients to In Motion?
I recommend In Motion to my co-workers, family and friends all the time as I trust they will be in good hands when coming to In Motion for any kind of treatment.

I usually have at least one appointment a week, sometimes 2 and they range from 1/2 to 45 minutes

Health Professionals collaborating together to ensure that my treatments are effective and sustainable.

Client of the Month: Christine Peck

1. What brought you to In Motion?

I was in need of finding a reputable multi-function clinic that was closer to my home.

2. What are your personal health goals?
I have some major physical challenges, so my goal is to maintain an active lifestyle, with few side effects as long as I can.

3. How many days a week do you visit In Motion and how long each session?
Most times it's usually twice per month depending on the therapy.  However, when I'm in an active phase of pain it could be 3 times per week until the physical pain is balanced again.

4. How many years have you been a client of In Motion?
I have been a client of In Motion for over a year now.

5. What would be the one aspect of In Motion that really draws you regularly?
The integrity of the therapy.

6.Any comments/feedback for new clients to In Motion?
Trust their knowledge.  They are compassionate, and committed to their field of expertise.

7.Other comments/anything else to add?
I spent 6 months researching a new clinic since moving to this area.  I am not a person to just trust my physical ailments to just anyone. In Motion is the best place to get quality care.  You will always receive compassion, intensive therapy, with focus to get you back to the physical status you once had.  I also truly value their community commitment as in sponsored physical activity events, and creating an atmosphere that is all inclusive.

1. What brought you to In Motion? 

I first came to In Motion with a knee injury. I returned a year ago with another knee and ankle injury. 

2. What are your personal health goals?

My goals are to be pain free and able to be more active as an adult. 

3. How many days a week do you visit In Motion and how long each session? 

I visit 2 times a week currently and my visits range from 20-30mins.

4. How many years have you been a client of In Motion? 

I’ve been a client for approximately 3 years.

5. What would be the one aspect of In Motion that really draws you regularly? 

I keep coming to In Motion because all of the staff is so friendly and helpful. All the practitioners are so knowledgeable and caring.  I feel like part of the In Motion Family.

6. Any comments/feedback for new clients to In Motion?

I would tell potential new clients that they would be in the best hands at In Motion. I have referred many to inquire about the services here. 
I have been to many different practices and I can honestly say that Luke is the most knowledgeable and effective practitioner in his field. I trust in him like I have no other. He is always so kind and caring and makes me feel like I matter. My knees are now pain free because of him!

2. What are your personal health goals?

Personal health goals are to tone and be able to maintain it.

3. How many days a week do you visit In Motion and how long each session?

I visit In Motion 1-2 days per week, multiple appointments per day. Each session ranges from 15-45mins in length.

4. How many years have you been a client of In Motion?

I have been a client at In Motion for just over 2 years.

5. What would be the one aspect of In Motion that really draws you regularly?

One aspect that draws me in regularly is the friendly environment and wonderful staff.

The staff is very accommodating, just tell them what you need and they will help you in every way they can to relieve pain, or to just help you stay on trach to a healthier you.

Dr. Brendan Carney Kilian

Chiropractor | Clinic Director

Dr. Brendan Carney Kilian graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology – Pre-health Professions Option) in 2002 and from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in June 2006, Magna Cum Laude with Clinic Honours. Dr. Carney Kilian is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has been working in the fitness industry for over a decade. He has special interests in musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, weight management, and individualized program design. Dr. Carney Kilian has additional certifications as a Certified Golf Performance Therapist, and a Spine certified Active Release Techniques® (ART) Provider. From his small town roots, Dr. Carney Kilian emphasizes a patient-centered approach that stresses patient education and long-term successes. 

Dr. Carney Kilian opened In Motion: Health – Wellness – Fitness to provide an innovative Pain Management, Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention solutions for the residents of Sarnia-Lambton.

Dr. Luke Winegard

Chiropractor | Clinic Director

Dr. Luke Winegard graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science (Human Kinetics) in 2001 and from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in June 2006. Over and above his professional training, Dr. Winegard has studied to become Full Body Certified in Active Release Technique® (ART), as well as received a Diploma of Clinical Acupuncture and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Dr. Winegard’s professional focus is to help an active clientele to reach their potential through active therapies, patient education and the promotion of an active lifestyle.

Actively involved with the Sarnia Seaway Kiwanas Club, the Rapids Family Health Team and the Health Professional Advisory Committee of the LHIN, Dr. Winegard is committed to developing strong ties to the community of Sarnia.

Dr. Winegard decided to open In Motion: Health – Wellness – Fitness to provide an innovative Pain Management, Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention solutions for the residents of Sarnia-Lambton.

 

Dr. Jane Pilkey

Chiropractor

Dr. Jane received her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University and went on to graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2011. She furthered her education by becoming a Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Provider in 2013. Dr. Jane takes special interest in prenatal and pediatric care and is working towards obtaining a residency in pediatrics through the ICPA.

Dr. Jane is an evidence based practitioner that focuses on a patient-centered approach to care; she emphasizes patient education and promotes an active lifestyle to help keep patients both pain free and fully functional. She maintains professional affiliations with the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the Ontario Chiropractic Association in addition to being a registered service provider for the Department of Veterans Affairs, RCMP, and WSIB. 

Originally from Sarnia, Jane was born into an active family and grew up a competitive figure skater, swimmer, soccer player, and golfer. Her love of sport and volunteer work as a coach and athletic trainer with various teams has resulted in immense experience dealing with athletic injuries. She looks forward to her future with In Motion and helping her clients to remain active.

Amanda Sargent

Registered Massage Therapist

A local girl, Amanda Sargent was born and raised in Sarnia and attended Lambton College. Prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2003, Amanda spent time in the healthcare setting as a nursing student and a personal support worker. Amanda has gained experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team, at Canada’s leading facility for comprehensive healthcare assessments, and in a small family chiropractic office. Amanda has additional training in fascial release, advanced lumbar spine techniques, and Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment (NISA). Amanda has special interests in pregnancy and deep tissue massage. She is excited to be back home to serve her local community as a member of In Motion’s Health Team.

Jenn Van Horne

Registered Massage Therapist

Born in Sarnia, Jenn was raised and currently resides in Corunna.  She graduated from SCITS high school and then from the 3 year massage therapy program at Lambton College in 2007.  During that time she took special interest in treating those with chronic pain.  Jenn has taken courses in soft tissue release and deep tissue massage.  She is experienced in treating MVA injuries, clients in severe, chronic pain, pregnant and elderly clients as well as repetitive strain and sports injuries.  She incorporates the use of hydrotherapy into treatments whenever indicated to aide in fully releasing the tissue.

Madison Gordon

Massage Therapist - Candidate

Madison was born and raised in Sarnia and currently resides in Brights Grove. She is a recent graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Lambton College. She takes a special interest in helping her clients find physical wellness through massage therapy treatment. She specializes in relaxing rehabilitative massage, trigger point therapy, myofacial release, joint mobilization and general Swedish massage. By connecting with her clients she customizes her treatments to each client’s specific needs by incorporating a variety of techniques and approaches she deems best suited for them. She is dedicated to help improve the health and wellness of her clients. Madison is excited to begin her massage therapy career as a part of the In Motion team.

Adam Gray

Chiropodist

Adam was born and raised in Sarnia.  He attended the University of Waterloo for his 4 year B.A, and after completing his studies, completed a 3½ year Podiatric Medicine program, at the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences/ University of Toronto Campus.  In addition, he has completed 3 years of internship in the Greater Toronto Area in various hospitals and private clinics. 

As a registered Chiropodist, his specialization includes, but is not limited to: lower limb, foot, and ankle injuries (sports medicine); dermatological and nail care; soft-tissue surgeries; nail surgeries; arch pain; biomechanical assessments, footwear, and orthotics; diabetic consultation/treatment; prescriptions for NSAID’s, antibiotics, and/or antifungals; pharmacological care and injections; compression stockings; and treatment using therapeutic modalities (TENS, ultrasound. Etc.)

Stefanie Senior

Registered Dietitian & Sports Nutritionist

Stefanie Senior is one of the leading registered dietitians and sports nutritionists in Toronto. She specializes in weight management, eating for exercise and athletic performance, and corporate wellness.Stefanie Senior, RD offers registered dietitian and sports nutrition services in the GTA and runs a private practice at Athletic Edge Sports Medicine and online via Skype for In Motion. Stefanie offers nutrition counselling, weight management programs and support groups and creates customized meal plans based on food preferences, lifestyle and goals.  Stefanie is also a professor in food and nutrition at the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts at George Brown College and the in-house dietitian and spokesperson for the CBC Live Right Now campaign.Stefanie is a professional speaker who uses dynamic and interactive seminars to teach simple, powerful and sustainable strategies for achieving optimal health, energy and wellbeing. The energetic nutrition guru has appeared on CP24, CTV, Rogers Live, CBC television and radio, Canada AM and has interviewed for articles published in the Toronto Star, Canadian Living, Best Health Magazine, Chatelaine, the Huffington Post, and the Toronto Observer. Stefanie studied dietetics at the University of British Columbia and completed a post-graduate dietetic internship program at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Previous to entering the field of dietetics, she did a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Psychology at the University of Guelph and worked as a Personal Trainer in Vancouver, British Columbia.Stefanie has a unique approach to her practice and provides advice that is realistic, easy to follow and emphasizes stepwise change, balance and flexibility. She is a firm believer that small, gradual changes to an individual’s eating and exercising regimen coupled with patience, commitment and a positive attitude can lead to permanent lifestyle change and a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.In her spare time, Stefanie enjoys being active, cooking, travelling and experiencing the newest restaurants and food trends in Toronto and across the globe. Stefanie is excited to join the In Motion Team to offer high quality nutrition and weight loss couseling via Skype.

Cassandra Winegard

Physiotherapist

Cassandra was born and raised in Sarnia where she attended Bright’s Grove Elementary School and Northern Collegiate High School.  In 2003, Cassandra was recruited on a full-ride soccer scholarship to Clayton State University (NCAA DII) in Atlanta, Georgia where she captained the Lady Lakers Soccer Team for 3 of the 4 attending years and was awarded a Bachelor’s of Science Degree majoring in Biology with an emphasis in Biomedical Applications. 

Cassandra then pursued her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in the athletic hotbed of Australia, at The University of Queensland. With an international reputation for clinical research, the University’s Physiotherapy division is recognized as a national and international leader in physiotherapy research. The University of Queensland’s active and collaborative research teams specialize in areas of, Musculoskeletal Pain and Injury, Neck Pain and Whiplash, Pain Management, and Joint Stability. Cassandra’s main area of concentration will continue in this direction as it relates to the injured athlete. Cassandra’s clinical training has been centered on a multi disciplinary musculoskeletal rehabilitation team and she is excited to put her training into practice at Sarnia’s In Motion.

Cassandra graduated from the University of Queensland in December 2011 and is now registered in Canada.

Ciara Wright

Physiotherapist

Ciara grew up in Grand Bend and Brights Grove. She graduated from Western University with an Honours Bachelor of Health Science in 2012 and went on to complete her Master of Physical Therapy at McMaster University. She is now a registered Physiotherapist in the province of Ontario. Ciara treats her patients holistically and understands the importance of empowering the client. Her treatments focus on combining “hands on” manual therapy with individualized exercise programs. She has taken a post-graduate course in Soft Tissue Release and plans to further her education to include advanced manual therapy, and pelvic health courses.

Having grown up in two small beach towns, Ciara has always been passionate about leading a healthy active lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, jogging along the lake and spending time with friends and family. She is excited to be returning to the Grove and looks forward to helping clients get back to activities that are meaningful to them.

Kristi Kleinsmith

Personal Trainer

In 2000 Kristi earned herself a full tennis scholarship to Northern Illinois University where she spent four years playing tennis for the Huskies and earning her Bachelor's of Science Degree, with Honours, in Preventative and Rehabilitative Exercise Science. A minor in Exercise Gerontology was also achieved. She continued her education for two years on graduate assistantship and received her Master's of Science in Education focusing on Exercise Physiology and Fitness Leadership. Kristi has also obtained an American College of Sports Medicine certification (Certified Health and Fitness Specialist).

Kristi has experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels. She has experience working in different fitness industries such as corporate fitness, commercial fitness, and exercise gerontology. Kristi was a university professor at Northern Illinois University and Lambton College where she taught health and fitness, weight training and conditioning, tennis, volleyball, and badminton classes.

In 2018, Kristi became a Functional Patterns, Human Foundation Practitioner. This new system of personal training develops the human body as a whole organism. Learn how to correct your dysfunctions by assessing your current posture and gait cycle. Correct your biomechanics and bring the body into a state homeostasis and have it remain there for a lifetime. 

Her interests include spending time with her family outdoors, whether it is hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, or skating. Her family likes to visit the local fruit, vegetable, and animal farms in the area. Discovering the Pinery Park and other parks in the area create new adventures and experiences. She is constantly learning more about how to be a healthy human for a lifetime and wants to share this knowledge with her family, friends, and clients.

Jodi Rawcliffe

Office Manager

I was born in Michigan, raised in Corunna, ON.  I have more than 20 years of client relation experience and more than 10 years of managerial experience working for NCO.  In 2012 when NCO closed I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to go back to school.  I enrolled in the Medical Office Administration Program at Lambton College and graduated in 2014 at the top of my class.  While attending Lambton College I was the Campus Program Coordinator for the Ministry of Health campaign - Leave the Pack Behind, which focuses on Smoking Cessation for students.  I also gained experience working in a medical office environment as a work study and co-op student in the Lambton College Wellness Centre.I am married to my husband, Steve and we have 2 children – Alexis and Jaxon.  Alexis is currently attending the University of Ottawa and hopes to become a dentist.  Jaxon is an avid lacrosse and football player. I also have 2 furbabies – Chihuahuas, Martini and Skye.We love travelling, playing with our dogs, and watching Jaxon play lacrosse and football.

Leah Boire

Client Relations

Leah was born and raised in Chatham, ON and is a recent transplant to Sarnia.  Leah has more than 14 years’ experience in customer service, office administration and management.  Leah graduated with honours in 2002 from St. Clair College (Thames Campus) with an Office Administration – Executive diploma.  After graduation she continued her involvement with the college by teaching night classes and tutoring students.  Leah and her husband Kyle decided to move back to his hometown of Sarnia.  In her spare time Leah likes to spend time with her family, friends and fur babies.  She likes exploring her new hometown and surrounding communities and taking advantage of all the festivals and events in the area.  She also enjoys reading, travelling, attending concerts, watching the Detroit Tigers and the Toronto Maple Leafs.  Leah is excited about her opportunity to be a part of the In Motion Team both professionally and personally. 

Mary Beth Purdy

Client Relations

Born and raised in Sarnia, Mary Beth attended Lambton College and graduated with a Sports and Recreation Administration Diploma in 2013 and a Medical Office Administration Diploma in 2015. With 8 years of customer service experience, Mary Beth loves working with people. She gained experience working in a medical office environment during her co-op placement at Bluewater Health in the Pharmacy department. Since graduation, Mary Beth has gained further experience while working as a chiropractic health assistant. Mary Beth has always been enthusiastic about health and wellness and is especially enthusiastic about cardiovascular and weight training. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, horseback riding, watching the Toronto Blue Jays / Toronto Maple leafs, and spending time with her family, friends and fur baby Haalie – a 4 year old husky lab. Mary Beth looks forward to expanding her skill set and is excited to be a part of the In Motion Team.
