1. What brought you to In Motion?

I was experiencing some hip/back tightness and pain and while discussing it with some peers it was suggested that I go to In Motion and see "Dr. B"……it was said that he seems to be more than just a chiropractor (more on that later), so I booked an appointment.

2. What are your personal health goals?

Currently my health goals are to try and get back to being more active and definitely lose some weight, carrying around this extra load is certainly not making my hip any better.

Currently I am averaging about 1-2 visits per week and depending on the session the appointments range from 20 mins. up to 1 hour.

5. What would be the one aspect of In Motion that really draws you regularly?

I enjoy walking in and being greeted (by name after a few visits) by the wonderful and ever smiling Client Relations staff made up of Mary Beth, Leah and Kelsey. They do a great job of dealing with the clientele both in the office and over the phone and always wish me a good day as I depart. Kudos to you ladies.

6. Any comments/feedback for new clients to In Motion?

I would say that if you are looking for a place that provides excellent treatment through listening to what the patient/client has to say and showing great care for your well-being then In Motion is the place to go.

7. Other comments/anything else to add?

"Dr.B" has lived up to all my expectations and more, there was high praise of him from my peers and now I can see why. He truly listens to you and asks follow up questions to engage in finding the problem(s), he doesn’t just throw you on the table and "crack away", he takes his time to focus on you as the patient and the problem area. Then there is Jenn….WOW…with those amazingly strong hands, by far the best massages I have ever had, this is the first time I haven’t had to repeatedly ask for "more pressure please". My overall experience at In Motion has been spectacular, when I leave there I know that I have been treated with care and provided with excellent service.

I was at a networking event through the Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce and a colleague introduced me to Dr. Brendan and Dr. Luke. I have a couple health conditions, with my knees and my upper back so I've been working with different team members over time to strengthen these areas. 4. How many days a week do you visit In Motion and how long each session?

I'm usually there at least every 5 to 6 weeks to for a 1/2 hour massage and chiropractic appointment. When we are doing bootcamps, it is twice a week for an hour each time for 6 to 8 weeks.

5. How many years have you been a client of In Motion?

My personal health goal as I age, is not to have GOOD health but to have OPTIMAL HEALTH.

I know that not only does Luke provide and adjustment he also gives me tips and exercises to help the injury heal or prevent further injury..

6. Any comments/feedback for new clients to In Motion?

Relax and enjoy the personal and professional treatment. You are in experienced hands. Ask questions... engage in your own well-being.

7. Other comments/anything else to add?

I love that Luke and Brendan are active in their own lives, biking, running etc and I know that with injuries that I may have had being active ... they as well have had.. they do know what an injury feels like... they invest so much time in keeping themselves active and healthy and they walk the walk... that is so important..
