Get back to your pre baby body without having to find a babysitter...your baby will be your weight. We will put you through a variety of excerises to help build those mommy muscles all while enjoying time with your little one.
Mommy's In Motion
If you are expecting, no matter your fitness level, come let us show you how to safely and effectively work out during your pregnancy. Following the guidelines laid out by the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada she will help reduce prenatal discomforts and or concerns such as lower back pain, fatigue, swelling and unnecessary weight gain. You will also hear from some of our health care providers each week to address other concerns you may be having. So come out and connect with other moms-to-be in your community for a fun filled hour of fitness and support.
