What to bring: Water bottle, comfortable clothes, inspiring attitude!
Description: The boot camp program will focus on interval training which will be bursts of high intensity cardio with exercises that tone and shape your entire body. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Bring your fellow brides, maid of honour, bridal party, mothers of the bride and groom, freinds and any other family members. All exercises will be modified so each person is challenged. Each person will feel comfortable with the exercises they are performing. Boot camp themes may include kickboxing, weight training, body weight training, medicine ball training, circuit training, etc. We switch up the bridal boot camps every six weeks to challenge your body and your mind!

Invite your bridal party, friends, mother, or mother-in-law to join your own private boot camp. You pick the day, the time and the location! You will also decide the theme of the boot camp whether you want to try kickboxing, weight training, theraband training, medicine ball training, etc. The possibilities are endless. Everyone can benefit from Personal Training. Your trainer will design an individual fitness program to suit your needs and goals. You will be shown which exercises would be most beneficial to you and how to perform them to safety to prevent injury.
