The Bay Front Boot Camp
This class takes you outside along the beautiful boardwalk of Sarnia Bay. All fitness levels are welcome. Every exercise has a level achieveable for you! Begin the class with a full body warm-up. The Warm-up includes a brisk walk and dynamic muscle stretches. Strength Training includes body weight exercises that challenge every major muscle group of your body. Tricep dips, lunges, push-ups, squats are a just a few exercises that will challenge your strength. Cardiovascular exercises including walking, jogging, stair climbing, suicides, and hill runs. Complete your day with some great stretching along the waterfront. Increase your strength, increase your cardiovascular capacity and increase your range of motion. Reduce stress and anxiety, increase your energy level!
Beach Boot Camp
Escape from reality.......We are fortunate enough to live near a beautiful body of water. Take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy it, while enagaing in a positive, healthy activity! Feel incredibly rewarded. Enjoy working out while listening to the waves, the birds, and the wind against your hair. Enjoy watching the peaceful waters edge, the clouds floating by, and the ships at a far. Challenge your fitness level while working in the sand. Get out of the gym and enjoy these summer days on the beach front.
Circuit Training Boot Camp
Is a class deisgned to challnege your fitness level by using a variety of equipment at different timed stations layed out in a specific order. You will never be bored. You will be changing up an exercise every minute! The class will focus on agility, power, strength, cardiovascular exercises with a variety of equipment such as medicine balls, agility ladders, cones, dumbbells, TRX, balance boards, thera-bands, mats, stability balls, BOSU and body weight exercises. Dare to be challenged and increase your fitness to a new level.
Halloween Boot Camp
A class dedicated to the scariest holiday of the year! You will be bringing your own pumpkin and engaing in a variety of exercises that will help develop muscular strength, muscular endurance, and increase your cardiovascular fitness. Possible exercise might include lifting the pumpkins, sitting on the pumkins, carrying the pumkins, and running around the pumkins. It is a great way to enjoy the holiday and make fitness fun again!

Yoga is a form of fitness and a form of life. Your mind and body will be trained simultaneously. You will improve your joint range of motion and joint health, increase your muscular strength, improve your balance and posture, improve the focus and concentration of the mind, and rejuvenate and energize the body.

Petrolia Boot Camp
Join us in Petrolia for an outdoor boot camp! We are located at the Petrolia Arena under the Pavilion. The boot camp is run every Tuesday from 10:00am-11:00am. You will love being outside! All fitness equipment and music is provided. Bring your friends and let the fun begin.

Kettlebell Boot Camp
There is no better way to burn fat than with a few high rep sets of kettlebell swings, snatches, and clean and jerks. These killer ballistic exercises work your body as one unit and require a great deal of hard work. The harder you work the more calories you burn. High rep snatches work more muscle groups and will build strength in the lower back, shoulders, and hip flexors.
Unlike many other forms of cardio, kettlebell training is fun and a hard cardio kettlebell workout gives you a tremendous sense of accomplishment. One way to take the benefits of ballistic kettlebell exercises up a big notch is to combine them with aerobic activities such as jogging or moderate jump roping. I will see you in boot camp!
We will be using frisbees to execute gliding exercises along the ground. These exercises allow you to do smooth, graceful movements that firm, tone and sculpt long, lean muscles. This sliding motion engages your muscles through a full range to strengthen and lengthen the major muscle groups of your entire body. We will be using these frisbee on the bottom of our feet or hands in all different positions such as standing, holding in push-ups position or lying on our back. Frisbees will also be used in some high intensity cardiovascular exercises!
30 Minute Boot Camp (Indoors)!
This high intensity workout will push you past your limits!! With long bursts of maximum intensity exerises and short rest periods.
