In Motion Boot Camps welcome women of all ages and levels of fitness, and provide a total-body workout (each session is 1 hour) that combines:
- Circuit training
- Kick Boxing
- Core Strengthening
- Body Sculpting
- Yoga

In Motion Boot Camps consist of sessions running twice per week for 6 weeks at a time. Each session is 60 minutes in duration. There are 4-5 participants per camp, ensuring that you receive the individual attention you deserve. Sister's In Motion Boot Camp:
Sister’s In Motion is designed to help you with your Fitness and Health needs while recovering from breast cancer. Calla will take you through a 1 hour class and provide you with exercises that will help you address the side effects from mastectomy, lumpectomy, tram flap, lat flap, breast implant reconstruction, chemotherapy, and radiation. You will also hear from some of our health care providers each week to address other concerns you may be having. So come out and get your energy and strength back while having the support of your “sisters”.
Through her Medical Exercise Specialist Certification, as well as personal experience with helping her mother recover from breast cancer, Calla has designed a program to help you regain your strength, flexibility and confidence. You will be doing gentle stretching, flexibility and strength exercises with a focus on the shoulder and arm area of the affected side(s). It is important to keep the arm moving to prevent frozen shoulder. You will also learn about some side effects of different cancer treatments and how exercise can help. Breast cancer can take your breast from you but don’t let it take your freedom to live In Motion.
Class run on Saturday's from 11:00am - 12:00pm
Guidelines for Sister's In Motion Boot Camp:
Drainage tube must be out and have a PARmed X filled out by your doctor
Lumpectomy, Node, and Mastectomy surgeries typically need 4 weeks before starting
Implant, TRAM Flap and Lat Flap surgeries typically need 12 weeks before starting
